How can I purchase a ticket to a production at MERIDIAN HALL?

You may purchase a ticket by calling 1-855-872-7669, online at www.meridianhall.com, or in person at the St. Lawrence Centre Box Office (27 Front Street East, Toronto). The St. Lawrence Centre Box Office is open Monday – Friday, 12pm until 6pm.

The MERIDIAN HALL Box Office is open 2 hours prior to a performance for ticket pick-up or walk-up sales (inventory pending).

Accessible seating must be purchased directly via the MERIDIAN HALL Box Office so that we may book seating that best accommodates your party. If you require accessible seating, please call 416-368-6161 x7117. For a list of accessibility FAQs, please click here.

Please note, Ticketmaster is the official ticketing platform for purchases to events at MERIDIAN HALL. We do not advise purchasing a ticket from a platform beyond Ticketmaster as we are unable to guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through third-party websites. 

How much does it cost to see a show at MERIDIAN HALL?

Does my child or infant require a ticket?

Please call 416-366-7723 for the full babes-in-arms policy or with any questions. A child that has not yet celebrated his or her first birthday is permitted into the performance by first obtaining a “babes-in-arms” pass, free of charge, from the MERIDIAN HALL Box Office with the purchase of an accompanying adult price ticket. Babes-in-arms passes are issued in person only on the day of the event. Each patron (including children and infants) must have a valid ticket of admission or "babes-in-arms" pass to enter the theatre. Both the fire code and theatre insurance policies require everyone in the theatre audience, regardless of age, to have a ticket of admission or "babes-in-arms" pass. 

Do you charge service fees?

Service fees are applied to phone and online orders. Purchases in-person at the MERIDIAN HALL Box Office are usually not subject to fees, however, exceptions may apply.

What methods of payment do you accept for ticket purchases?

Online or phone orders are processed using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. In person at the Box Office we accept major credit cards, debit, cash payments, or MERIDIAN HALL gift certificates.

If you are looking at a website which is charging in US Dollars, this is likely a third-party reselling website. Please note, Ticketmaster is the official ticketing platform for performances at MERIDIAN HALL. We do not recommend purchasing tickets through third-party websites as we are unable to guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through these platforms.

I selected Will Call pick up when I ordered my tickets, what does this mean?

If you selected Will Call pick up, your tickets will be available and waiting at the MERIDIAN HALL Box Office for you on the day of your performance. Please bring a piece of photo identification and the credit card on which you made the purchase.

Can someone else pick up tickets that I have purchased?

No, the person who purchased the tickets must be the person who picks the tickets up.

What do I need to bring to the Box Office in order to pick up my tickets?

Please bring a piece of photo identification and the credit card on which you made your purchase.

Can I pick up my tickets in advance of the show date?

Unless otherwise specified, you may have your tickets printed at the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts Box Office, located next door to MERIDIAN HALL at 27 Front St. E, in advance of the show date. The Box Office is currently open Monday – Friday, 12pm until 5pm, and later on weeknight performance nights. The MERIDIAN HALL Box Office is open 2 hours prior to performance time.

Do you offer student discounts?

MERIDIAN HALL has an Under 30 Rush Club for those aged 19-29, regardless of student status. Sign up for the program online. If a Rush Club discount is available for a performance, we will send you an email with instructions on how to purchase tickets using a special promotion code. You will be required to pick up your tickets at the Box Office using valid photo identification.

Do you offer group pricing?

How do I receive a promotion code for a discount on ticket prices?

Although there is not always a promotion code available, sign up to receive MERIDIAN HALL Insider emails to receive information on upcoming events, exclusive pre-sale opportunities, promo codes, partner offers, and contests. You can sign up for the MERIDIAN HALL Insider on our homepage.

Is there a discount for same-day/rush tickets?

Limited same-day or "rush seating" discounts may sometimes be offered as a special promotion. Generally speaking, however, Rush Tickets are not usually available. If they are not specifically advertised, you may assume that there are none.

What do I do if I have lost my tickets or I ordered e-tickets but cannot find the email containing the tickets?

If your tickets are lost we will gladly arrange for a replacement. Simply bring photo identification and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets to the Box Office at least one half hour prior to your performance.

Can I exchange my tickets or get a refund if I can’t make it?

Unfortunately, your tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
